All sales are considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Lincoln County, South Dakota. Puppy will be checked by a licensed Veterinarian prior to being shipped or picked up. A health certificate will accompany the puppy when shipped. Any hernias will be repaired before the puppy leaves our Kennel, and will be noted on the Health Certificate. Hernia repairs do not warrant return of the puppy as it is not life threatening and in no way interferes with the quality of life of the puppy. INITIAL GUARANTEE: The Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of delivery. The Buyer has two (2) business days to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Should your veterinarian find an illness or physical defect which is a DIRECT FAULT OF OUR KENNEL, buyer must notify the seller within 48 hours with the Name and Phone Number of the Veterinarian. If, after contacting your veterinarian, the problem is found to be serious enough to warrant the return of the puppy, the Buyer shall return the puppy within 48 hours of notifying the Seller, with a written report from the veterinarian and any registration papers. Upon receipt of the puppy and the papers, it will be up to the Seller’s discretion to either replace the puppy with one of like value when one becomes available, or to return the full purchase price of the puppy. VETERINARIAN AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ONE YEAR GUARANTEE: If within one year of the birth date of the puppy, a licensed veterinarian should find a genetic disorder which is serious enough the warrant the euthanization of the puppy, the Buyer must contact the Seller immediately. The Seller will then have a licensed veterinarian interpret the report. If the Seller’s veterinarian concurs, upon return of the registration papers, it will be up to the Seller’s discretion to either replace the puppy with one of like value when one becomes available, or to return the full purchase price of the puppy VETERINARIAN AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE Certain environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Demodectic Mange and other autoimmune disorders are not covered by this guarantee. We do NOT guarantee size nor fitness for breeding. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY MONEY BEYOND THE INITIAL COST OF THE PUPPY BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER. This guarantee is null and void if the terms and conditions are not met. This constitutes the entire agreement. No other guarantees are either written or implied.
